It sounds too whacky to be good, but even my kiddos gobbled it up!<BR/>Grill/bake some boneless chicken breasts seasoned with garlic & lemon.<BR/>In a saucepan, combine 1 c. fresh blueberries, 1/3 c. water, I T Dijon mustard, 1 T. Jalapeno Pepper Jelly. Whisk over med/hi heat for 8-10 minutes until the berries break up.<BR/>Pour sauce over chicken and serve with Jasmine rice and sweet peas.<BR/>Yummy!
