My Simple Woman's Daybook

November 10, 2008
Outside my window...darkness is broken by Mercury Vapor.

I am thinking...it is late to be posting my Daybook but better late night Monday than early morning Tuesday ;)

I am thankful for...so much that it is always hard to choose. I am thankful most for the Love of God that indwells me . . . for the Spirits sweet voice of reason when I don't seem to find any of
my own . . . for forgiveness that covers a multitude of sins.

From the kitchen...the sweet smell of cookies baking--grown daughters are awesome bakers :)
Thanks Christina :)

I am wearing...my ready for bed nighty
nights--G rated of course ;)

I am creating...still making dolls . . . the process keeps getting interrupted by life :)

I am going...to try to go to bed a bit earlier tonight so that I can rise early and sew, sew,
sew and then sew some more :)

I am reading...not much at the moment.

I am hoping...to accomplish more tomorrow than I did today.

I am hearing...gurgling fish tank, a snoozing wiggle waggle
and the TV.

Around the house...pretty quiet but the cookies smell soooooo wonderful that they are almost
blaring in my ear--come partake of my sweetness :)

One of my favorite things...of late it is finishing a task that is set before me. I have not always managed to finish what I have started. My Father is working on that area of my life.

A few plans for the rest of the week: Sew, sew, sew, sew, sew, sew and sew some more. Days and hours are ticking by so fast and I need to finish the dolls that have been started--after all angels await my attention.

Here is picture thought I am sharing...
A little bit of something I drew in Photo Shop a while back.
I post it here as a tribute to all of you
A B S O L U T E L Y ~ A W E S O M E
H O M E S C H O O L ~ M O M'S.
Your children are sure to rise up and call you blessed for all
your love, time and effort :)
WELCOME HOME REBECCA :)

Home is such a wonderful word. I am so glad to be here. It was great being with Amy...she and I have a bond like no other. But home is where my heart is.

I don't have time to watch the two videos you posted, but I will be back soon. I imagine they are worth my time.

See you soon.
